Bamboo has become the hottest
trend in flooring
|
Bamboo is an environmental friendly, renewable resource that has been used as construction material for thousands of years. Bamboo has
the ability to mature in 4-6 years. The intricate root system remains unharmed after
harvesting and allows for sustainable growth. Ecologically, the harvesting of bamboo does
not affect the world already dwindling timber resources.

|
| Unlike hardwood floor plank, bamboo flooring is assembled by strips. Traditionally, bamboo floor is horizontally and vertically assembled to form a solid piece of bamboo structure. Dasso latest technology allows for continuous extended plank and composit stranded-woven bamboo plank. The solid bamboo plank could further processed to triply and multiply engineered flooring. Since both solid bamboo and engineered bamboo flooring are composit material in nature, the risk of gapping, cupping and warping is greatly reduced in comparing to solid wood planks. |

Bamboo is naturally resistant to moisture. Its low moisture absorbing properties combine with proper treatment, such as composit stranded-woven bamboo, makes it ideal for high humidity climates and applications like bathrooms, kitchens and exterior.
